Policies
Room Tariff:
- Mininum stays maybe required - check with us or on-line.
- Your credit card info is required to reserve your room.
- Cancellation policy: 7 days prior to arrival date is required unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Without sufficient notice a fee will be assess. The fee is equivalent to the full room charge plus appliable taxes.
- Modifying your reservation: change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or charge.
- Major credit cards accepted.
- Special occasions and functions arranged upon request.
General Information:
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.
- Adult-oriented.
- West End Guest House does not have provisions for pets.
- Check-in: 3 to 6 p.m., or as arranged (please no later than 10 p.m.).
- Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Leaving Vancouver late in the day? Leave your luggage with us and come back for afternoon tea, and an opportunity to freshen up before departing.
Food and Animal Allergies
Boots' our cat resides in the basement of the house - aw
ay from the guest floors. "Friday and Persia" our poodles also live away from the guest floors. If you would like to meet them we'd be happy to introduce you. They are very affectionate and might be a good substitute for the pet you left at home!
If you have a severe allergy to cat hair you might wish not to stay at the West End Guest House, however if your allergy is only minor you should have no problems.
Many of our guests have food allergies. We try to accommodate all everyone but it is helpful to know what you normally eat for breakfast, or what might be a prefered breakfast for you. Please let us know when your reservation at the West End Guest House is being made.
