What a relaxing retreat in the middle of a beautiful city. We appreciated all the little touches (maybe you think they go unnoticed but that's not the case). Love those lamps in the diningroom and it was fun to read "the Book" which should actually be published as a novella (or soap opera?) We like to see the last chapter about the Olympics, so maybe you could put the next installment on your website! I hope to be back again for another visit. We just wanted to send a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our Olympic Stay! Our room was comfy and pretty with a great view, the gourmet breakfast with the blended coffee, secret juices and fresh fruit was out of this world! Also, the 'take-away' was great - had the whole bus envious of us! The candy bars, fresh cookies and drinks in the fridge brought out the kids in us late 50 year olds! The sherry brought out the 'big kids'! Ha!
The heartfelt gift and note is so special...sits on the coffee table in the family room.
AND the babies - so sweet and cute. We always love dogs around - we even got to see and sometimes pet a Dachshund every day when we were out and about. You're lucky we didn't try to take them home with us!
All in all, you deserve all the gold medals the athletes got! Definitely back for next Alaska Cruise if not before.

You really made our Olympic experience the Best! We are always talking about our gourmet breakfast on the bus to Whistler. That was really special!
We are already thinking of some excuse for returning to Vancouver. I already told Laura it doesn't necessarily have to be for a cruise. We visited Oregon about 12 years ago and really enjoyed that trip. Maybe we could fly to Portland and do a drive up the coast through Washington state and end up at the West End Guest House!!!
You will always be on our minds for wanting to come back to Vancouver.

We can't wait to come back to Canada, and the West End Guest House will definitely be one of our stops. I enjoyed the sun, the ocean and Stanley Park, the tour with your bicycle, and the food and beverage during our stay. And much more but it would take too long to paint everything I discovered and liked here. It was so comfortable and I felt like I’m at home.
I could go on writing down all the things I’ll miss, but then this book would be full and there wouldn’t be any space for the other guests – and I’m sure they also want to write in it to tell how much they loved to stay here!
