Our Policies

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 3 pm–5 pm daily. If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to drop your car (parking at rear of house) and luggage, and to use common areas as needed until your room is ready. Self check-in is available for arrivals after 5pm using the current door code sent out 3 days before arrival.

Check-out is at 11 am. We are not able to accommodate a late checkout. We can, however, hold your luggage, your car, offer you full use of the common areas, etc. while you wait for your flight.

Pets
No pets are allowed in the rooms or the guest house.

STANDARD RESERVATION—7-day cancellation policy—flexibility for guest
Cancellations made 7 days before the 3pm check-in time on day of stay will not be charged any fee, cancellations within the 7 day window or no shows will be charged the full cost of their stay plus applicable taxes. 

Full payment is made 7days in advance for your reservation as per our cancellation policy at the time you make your reservation.  Paid statements can be provided upon request.

We do not accept cancellations less than 7 days in advance of 3pm check-in. For consistency and fairness to all our guests, there are no exceptions to our policy.

Children
We are an adult-oriented Bed and Breakfast with a minimum age of 12 years old for guests staying in the house. Because this is our policy and what we advertise for the B&B, we have to keep in mind our other guests staying who may have booked specifically because we are an adult-oriented environment, therefore, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted on the front porch and garden areas only.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house or on the back sundeck due to its proximity to the guest rooms.

Number of Occupants
** Please ensure when checking availability that you correctly enter the number of guests to ensure a suitable room is available for your stay
** Please note that we do not have extra beds/cots etc. to provide.
